If you have any additional questions regarding an item, or would like additional photographs, please feel free to submit your request via email to magimercantile@outlook.com. Please include the Item Title and SKU number (found below the “Add to cart” button) in your request.

Please allow up to three (3) business days to receive a response to a request for additional information and/or additional photos.

At this time, we currently provide shipping only within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APOs/FPOs.

After receipt of payment, orders are normally processed and shipped within four (4) business days. We typically ship items using either USPS or FedEx – depending on the size, value, and circumstances involved.

Once your order is packed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with all pertinent shipping information (including a tracking number).

Once a shipment has left our custody, we are not responsible for any delays or rerouting of a package on behalf of the shipper. If an issue arises with delivery of a shipment, the buyer must first contact the provided shipper to obtain any specific information on the shipment status.

All shipment fees incurred from a refused shipment will be the responsibility of the buyer.

At this time, we DO NOT offer any international shipping. If you are an international buyer and are still interested in purchasing an item, we can ship orders to an intermediary of your choice with a United States address.

If you are an international buyer and have a US based intermediary, please contact us (via email or phone) prior to purchasing an item to make appropriate arrangements.

If you are an international buyer (and have not contacted us prior to item purchase, as required above) and you purchase an item, your order will automatically be cancelled, and your account will be refunded in full within 1-3 business days.

We will automatically insure all orders up to $1,000 USD (one thousand dollars). The cost of this insurance will already be included with the total cost of shipping.

If an order exceeds the $1,000 threshold, we will contact the buyer to coordinate the potential purchase of additional insurance at the buyer’s discretion and cost. If the buyer does not wish to purchase additional insurance above the $1,000 threshold, we will request a waiver of insurance to be signed by the buyer.

All reports of lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments must be made via email (to magimercantile@outlook.com) and must include: order number, full contact information (including name, email address, and phone number), and specific details.

For any damaged item(s), please provide detailed photographs of the package and the item(s) in question in the email.

For damaged shipments, DO NOT discard any packaging or associated packing materials. The original box and packaging must be kept until the carrier/shipper responsible for delivery claims them unnecessary for any claim purpose.

Any damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within three (3) days of receipt. If not reported within three (3) days of receipt, we will consider all claims of damage, defect, or other error waived.

Determination and compensation of loss, damage, or misorder will be at our sole discretion.

Due to the nature of shipping insurance, we will not be held responsible for any misdelivery or theft of delivered shipments.

Requests for return must be made within three (3) days of receipt of an item. Requests must be made via email (to magimercantile@outlook.com) and must include: order number, full contact information (including name, email address, and phone number), and specific details.

No requests for return will be considered after three (3) days from the date of receipt by buyer. No returns will be considered for buyer’s remorse.

Determinations of returns will be at our sole discretion.

All returned items must be in unaltered and unused condition and must include a copy of the original invoice or original invoice order number. Items received back to us in abused or altered condition will not be refunded and will be returned back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Returned item(s) will be reimbursed to the buyer (less the original shipping cost) no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which the item(s) are received back to us.
